1. Eligibility

The Dream Keys Texas sweepstakes are open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry.

  • Exclusions: Employees, officers, and directors of Dream Keys Texas, as well as their immediate family members and household members, are strictly prohibited from participating.


2. How to Enter & No Purchase Necessary

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

  • Method A (Purchase): Participants can enter by purchasing digital art from our store (1 Digital Art = 1 Entry).

  • Method B (Free Entry): Participants may use our Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE).

  • Security: To maintain credibility and prevent fraud, the credit card used for any purchase must match the exact name of the entrant.

3. Winner Selection & Transparency


Winners are selected using a 100% transparent physical ball machine system.

  • Live Broadcast: All draws are broadcasted LIVE via Facebook to ensure total visibility.

  • Finality: All draws and decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the sweepstakes.


4. Public Appearance & Social Media Requirement

Consent to Publicity: By participating in the sweepstakes, all potential winners expressly agree and consent to be featured on Dream Keys Texas' social media platforms (including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube) and other marketing materials.

  • This requirement is non-negotiable and is essential for maintaining the transparency and credibility of our giveaway process.

  • Participation constitutes permission for Dream Keys Texas to use the winner’s name, likeness, and image for promotional purposes without further compensation.


5. Requirements for Receiving Prizes

To be declared an official winner and receive a prize, the selected entrant must:

  1. Identity Verification: Provide a valid government-issued ID matching the entry name.

  2. Affidavit & Release: Sign an affidavit of eligibility and a liability/publicity release.

  3. Taxes: Be solely responsible for any and all federal, state, and local taxes associated with prize receipt.


6. Agreement to Rules

By participating, the Entrant agrees to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Rules and represents that they meet all eligibility requirements.
