REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

Dream Keys Texas

At Dream Keys Texas, we are committed to offering high-quality products and a transparent shopping experience. This Refund and Returns Policy establishes the terms and conditions under which returns, exchanges, and refunds are accepted, in accordance with applicable business practices in the United States.


DIGITAL PRODUCTS

For the purchase of digital products, all sales are final.

No returns or refunds are accepted once the file has been downloaded.


RETURN PERIOD

Customers may request a return or exchange within thirty (30) calendar days from the date the product is delivered.


PRODUCT CONDITIONS

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must:

• Be in the same condition as it was received

• Not have been used, washed, or altered

• Retain its original tags (if applicable)

• Be in its original packaging


Dream Keys Texas reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.


NON-ELIGIBLE ITEMS

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

• Products that have been used, damaged, or altered by the customer

• Personalized or custom-made items

• Products associated with special promotions or giveaways (see section 7)


SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the product was received defective or incorrect due to an error by Dream Keys Texas.The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless expressly stated otherwise.


RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return or exchange, the customer must:


1-Complete the returns form available on our website

2-Send an email with the following information:

o Order number

o Items to be returned

o Indication of exchange (including size) or refund request


Once the request is approved, the customer must send the product to the address provided by Dream Keys Texas.

It is recommended to send the package with a tracking number, as the company is not responsible for lost or undelivered packages.


REFUNDS

Once the product has been received and inspected, the customer will be notified of the approval or rejection of the refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on the customer’s financial institution.


PRODUCTS ASSOCIATED WITH PROMOTIONS

All products linked to special promotions are subject to additional conditions:

• Returns will not be accepted once the winner of the promotion has been announced

• Exchanges will be allowed within the standard 30-day period, provided the conditions established in this policy are met


DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

If the customer receives a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, they must notify it within 48 hours after delivery.

In these cases, Dream Keys Texas will cover the costs of replacement or refund, as applicable.
