Sweepstakes Rules

1. Eligibility

Dream Keys Texas sweepstakes are open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Dream Keys Texas, and their immediate family members, are strictly prohibited from participating.

2. How to Enter

Participants can enter by purchasing digital art from our store (1 Digital Art = 1 Entry) or by using our free Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE). NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

3. Winner Selection & Transparency

Winners are selected using a 100% transparent physical ball machine system. All draws are broadcasted LIVE on Facebook. All draws are final and binding in all matters related to the sweepstakes.

4. Purchase & Tax Requirements

To maintain credibility and prevent fraud, the purchasing credit card must be under the exact same name as the entrant. Additionally, the winner is solely responsible for any and all federal, state, and local taxes associated with prize receipt and/or use.

5. Agreement to Rules

By participating, the Entrant agrees to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and represents and warrants that they meet the eligibility requirements.

6. Requirements for Receiving Prizes

To receive a prize, winners must: (a) Agree to be featured in Dream Keys Texas marketing materials for credibility and transparency purposes; (b) Provide valid government-issued identification matching the entry name; (c) Sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release; and (d) Be responsible for all applicable taxes and fees.
